Order Process

Please allow one business day for a response.  
During our first conversation, a brief room evaluation will take place in preparation for fabric, trim, hardware and shade samples. 
 
A consultation appointment will be scheduled for shop-at-home service and measuring.
The $75.00 (Seventy-Five Dollar) Consultation Fee is due at this time.  
This amount will be deducted from your order total.
 
Pricing is based upon designs, supply selections, and measurements taken during the consultation.  A formal Job Proposal will be provided within one week from the consultation date.  This proposal will include the job description,  required deposit on account and an estimated installation date. 

Quantity discounts are not provided.  Feel free to enjoy the design process of one room at a time.

A non-refundable 50% (Fifty Percent) deposit is required with submission of the signed Job Proposal, at which time the supplies will be ordered. The remaining balance is due upon installation.  Installation dates vary, based upon supply availability.  Weekly Job Updates are provide via email.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check or credit.
